Booking and Payments

a. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings at Al-Huda Travels’ discretion.

b. Payments: Payment must be made in full as per the terms specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the package and time of cancellation.

b. Refunds: If a tour is canceled, Al-Huda Travels will make every effort to secure refunds from the respective airlines and hotels (please note that visa fee is non-refundable). However, any refund, if received, will be subject to deduction of charges by Al-Huda Travels. Please be aware that Al-Huda Travels cannot guarantee a refund in the event of cancellation.

Travel Documents

a. Visa Processing: Al-Huda Travels will assist in processing visas, but final approval is at the discretion of Saudi authorities.

b. Passport and Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their passport and travel documents are valid and meet the requirements of Saudi Arabia.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.

Health and Safety

a. Health Requirements: Travelers with health conditions should consult a healthcare professional before undertaking the Umrah journey.

b. Safety: Al-Huda Travels is committed to the safety of its travelers and will provide guidance and support during the pilgrimage.

Liability

a. Limitation of Liability: Al-Huda Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to property or persons during the Umrah journey.

b. Force Majeure: Al-Huda Travels is not responsible for any losses or disruptions due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions etc.

Privacy Policy

Al-Huda Travels collects and processes personal data as described in Al-Huda Travels – Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on Al-Huda Travels’ website, including text, logos and software may not be used without Al-Huda Travels’ express permission.
